Spam filters catching a confirmation email does not qualify. A login problem on your side does not qualify. A genuine failure in our system to register and fulfill a confirmed transaction does qualify. Reach out immediately with your order number and payment confirmation and we will pull the delivery logs.

The file you received does not open and re-downloading did not fix it. The specific file is structurally damaged or incomplete in a way that makes it impossible to open through standard software, and that problem persists after a fresh download attempt from the original link. Bring the exact error message, the application name and version you used, your operating system, and confirmation that the re-download did not resolve it. If corruption is confirmed, a working replacement file goes out immediately. A refund instead of a replacement only comes into play if the problem genuinely cannot be fixed through redelivery.

You were charged twice in one session. A processing error during your checkout resulted in your card being billed more than once for the same product in the same transaction. Two separate intentional purchases do not qualify. A repeat purchase made to check whether the first one went through does not qualify. Go Through Us Before Going to Your Bank

If something is wrong with a transaction, contact Pitici SUP first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider without reaching out to us beforehand is a violation of the agreement you made at checkout. The required first move is a direct conversation with us.

If a chargeback gets filed without prior contact, we will respond to the payment processor with the full transaction record, delivery logs, access confirmation, and this policy as it stood at the time of purchase.
